<p>To use the Getnet WooCommerce plugin in your WooCommerce system, you must:</p>

<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
 <li>Install and configure the plugin in the Wordpress admin site.</li>
 <li>Configure the success, error, and webhook URLs in the <a href="https://www.globalgetnet.com/">Merchant Portal</a>.</li>
 <li>The success and error URLs define where in your web store the customer is redirected to after completing their payment, and the webhook URL defines where Getnet sends webhook notifications containing payment status updates.</li>
</ul>

<p>To use the plugin, make sure the following requirements are met:</p>

<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
 <li>Getnet WooCommerce plugin (shared by your Getnet Agent)</li>
 <li>Operate within the WooCommerce platform of Wordpress</li>
 <li>Access to the Wordpress admin site</li>
 <li>Access to the Merchant Portal (credentials shared by your Getnet Agent)</li>
 <li>Getnet credentials (Client ID and Client Secret)</li>
</ul>

Prerequisites

<p>To configure the success, error, and webhook URLs in the Merchant Portal:</p>

<ol start="1" style="list-style-type:decimal">
 <li>Log in to the <a href="https://www.globalgetnet.com/">Merchant Portal</a> and navigate to the <strong>Checkout configuration</strong> page.</li>
 <li>
 <p>In the <strong>Choose the screen after a transaction</strong> section, apply the following suffixes to the base URL of your web store for the success and error URLs:</p>

 <p>Add the webhook username and password to your plugin settings in Wordpress.</p>

 <p>To do this, follow steps<strong> 2&nbsp;– 4</strong>&nbsp;of the next section, setting the values of the <strong>WebHook user</strong> and <strong>WebHook password</strong> fields to the username and password respectively.</p>

Configuring the plugin in the Getnet Merchant Portal

<p>To set up the plugin in Wordpress:</p>

 <li>&nbsp;In the Wordpress admin site,&nbsp;go to <strong>Plugins section &gt; Add new &gt; Upload plugin</strong> and upload the Getnet WooCommerce plugin that was shared by your Getnet Agent:&nbsp;

    <td>Payment module description that is displayed on the checkout page. This field is auto completed when the plugin is installed and can be changed to a different value if needed.</td>
   </tr>
   <tr>
    <td><strong>Billing Descriptor</strong></td>
    <td>Official name of your business.</td>
   </tr>
   <tr>
    <td><strong>Client ID</strong></td>
    <td>Client ID you received from Getnet.</td>
   </tr>
   <tr>
    <td><strong>Client Secret</strong></td>
    <td>Client Secret you received from Getnet.</td>
   </tr>
   <tr>
    <td><strong>Activate testing mode</strong></td>
    <td>Whether test or production mode is used. Set to <strong>Enabled</strong> while you are testing the plugin, and set to <strong>Disabled</strong> when you are ready to use the plugin in production. You must use the appropriate <strong>Client ID</strong> and <strong>Client Secret</strong> for each environment.</td>
